Yes. You can assign precise roles such as Principal, Academic Coordinator, Class Teacher, Subject Teacher, Accountant, Warden, or Transport Manager. Each role can only access the features and data they have been explicitly authorized to view.
We run automatic, encrypted database backups every 24 hours. Backups are stored in highly secure, geographically separated Indian cloud nodes to prevent any data loss in case of system emergencies.
Yes, parents can submit profile modification requests directly from their parent portal. These requests go to the administrator's review bin, where they can be approved or rejected with a single click.
